Service scope
HONG KONG JIALI CULTURE COMPANY LIMITED provides business support for cross-border commerce, including product coordination, supplier communication, marketplace operation support, order workflow coordination, fulfillment follow-up, and related trade services.
Specific deliverables, timelines, commercial terms, and responsibilities may be agreed separately by quotation, purchase order, service confirmation, or other written arrangement between the parties.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product, supplier, order, shipping, tax, compliance, and contact information needed for the requested services. Customers must ensure that products, listings, packaging, documentation, and sales activities comply with applicable laws, platform rules, customs requirements, and destination market requirements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving commercial decisions, including product selection, supplier selection, pricing, order quantities, delivery arrangements, and marketplace account actions.
Suppliers and third parties
Some services may involve suppliers, logistics providers, marketplaces, payment providers, consultants, or other third parties. We coordinate with these parties as part of the requested trade workflow, but we do not control their independent actions, policies, processing times, fees, or service availability.
Product and delivery information
Product details, samples, availability, lead times, shipping estimates, and fulfillment updates are based on information available at the time they are provided. Such information may change due to supplier capacity, logistics conditions, customs inspection, marketplace requirements, or other operational factors.
Platform and account access
If a customer asks us to support marketplace or commerce platform operations, the customer must authorize only the access required for the requested work and must comply with the applicable platform terms. We may use account or operational data only for authorized service purposes.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect confidential business information received from the other party and use it only for legitimate service, transaction, compliance, or recordkeeping purposes, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by customers or third parties, supplier failure, shipping delays, customs action, marketplace action, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
